You do not have to remove any part of the chain or swingarm to install. This part is intended for the MX racer, sand dune enthusiast, or trail rider that doesn’t need a serious GNCC type skid plate. GNCC riders must tack weld bracket to arm to help strengthen mounts. Can be used with stock skid plastic plate. Remove chain pad and spacer is supplied with bracket and guide. Can be used with stock skid only. Roller is replaceable with new hardware.
